Our Key Account Management team makes the customer their centre of attention. Their mission: Establish a data-driven working culture for our customers – through solution and process consulting, with day-to-day support, by helping with building complex analyses as well as with their technical expertise when it comes to integrating new data sources or developing individual feature requirements.

MATTHIAS – Key Account Manager
Marketing and Sales at minubo are all about winning prospects for our product and showing them what minubo can do for their business. The team focusses on Inbound Marketing, a strong partner network, a continuous, collaborative dialogue with our prospects as well as consultancy that generates actual value for our (future) customers.

LASSE – VP Sales & Partner Management
Our HR & Finance team is focused on keeping the company on track financially as well as people-wise. Together with management, they plan the year and watch over the implementation and/or adaption of plans, they take care of all financial transactions and support the various departments in recruiting and onboarding new staff.
"I started as an apprentice at minubo five years ago. Today, I am responsible for the company’s accounting. With my tasks, I am part of the financial processes and responsible for the documentation of all transaction-related operations. SHALIMAR – Junior Accountant
Our management is composed of the various department leads who, as a team, take care of the continuous development of minubo's business strategy and its realization across the entire company. Accordingly, their weekly sync meetings cover all topics from product development to current customer projects and sales pipeline to financial figures and HR.

I'm also developing use cases for customers so they can get even more knowledge out of their data. I like how diverse my tasks are. Working with customers can be challenging, but knowing that I am making their working-life easier gives me a good feeling."
