OUR HIRING PROCESS

During our hiring process, we devote a lot of time to get to know each individual applicant and assess them based on their unique set of skills and potential as well as their alignment with our company values. We are aware that recruiting a new team member is a big decision for both sides, so we especially try to achieve as much transparency on mutual goals and expectations as possible.

1. APPLY | You would like to be part of the minubo team and found an interesting, fun and challenging position that matches your skills and experiences? Then send your application to recruiting@minubo.com.

2. REVIEW | Your application will be reviewed by the responsible team lead and an additional team member to ensure a fair process. Every application is important to us – which is why we always do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Your application is a match? Congratualtions! You will be invited to a job interview.

3. INTERVIEWS | During our three rounds of interviewing, we want to take the time to get to know you, and of course, provide you the opportunity to get to know us.

1. Round | The first round will be a telephone interview during which you will get to introduce yourself to one of the colleagues that reviewed your application – probably the team lead. We would like to know who you are and hear about your interests, skills and experiences.

2. Round | For the second round, we would like to meet you personally in our office. If you currently live in another country and cannot come here, we will also make this work remote, of course. You will meet the duo that reviewed your application (one of them the team lead) and possibly an additional colleague. During this interview, you will be able to get to know minubo and your position better. Moreover, we would like to hear about your expectations, goals and qualifications in more detail, and, if applicable, review some work samples with you.

3. Round | During the last round, you will get to meet your team as well as a member of our management. This last interview aims to ensure that you match minubo's team and culture and will thrive in our working environment.

4. OFFER | Decisions will be made by the duo that managed the entire process – with all the team feedback being considered, of course. If you are a match, you will receive an offer by the responsible team lead. If fit and timing are right on your end as well, we'll keep in touch to handle all contractual matters. It is important to us to provide our employees with fair and satisfactory work conditions, hence, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your wishes with your team lead (see our benefits).

5. ONBOARDING | Welcome to the team! Before your first day, you will receive our team handbook via email that contains all essential details on working at minubo. When you start working with us, onboarding appointments will be scheduled with team members from all departments as well as with our co-founders who are excited to welcome you to the team and eager to provide you with the information and resources you need for a smooth and successful start.
